This service provides the highest quality of life possible for all the days of their lives. Willow Bridges Concierge members are adults without a family advocate or with family at a distance. We also service adults who have specific medical or personal lifestyle wants or needs.
Willow Bridges can solve the smallest issues (such as finding a good cook or planning a trip to the symphony). We can also solve critical issues (like advocating when our Willow Bridges client is hospitalized). Willow Bridges ensures the dreams and wishes of our clients are met every step of the way.

Professional Care Management & In-Home care
For families who live out of the area or that require in-home assistance, guidance and family coaching, we provide a combination of services:
• Work with the family to make smart decisions
• Help with legal, medical and financial decisions
• Assist with daily living at home
This combination of Homecare and Care Management is designed to work together in support of the family AND the elder.
Professional Care Management
Often a family faces confusing choices for getting Mom or Dad the care they need. In other cases, the biggest challenge is communicating with a loved one who is suffering from a Dementia, such as Alzheimer’s.
In these cases, consulting with one of our certified professionals (licensed Professional Care Managers) works well. We can guide a family to reach the best decision about living at home, or finding the best care facility available. We can also provide better tools for communication.
In-Home care
