This person is responsible for working with potential new clients who contact us regarding using our services.
Key activities include:
- Answering phone calls regarding inquiries for our services
- Listening to the wants and needs for care services of specific individuals
- Providing the best possible client centered information to the caller, even if it means sending this person elsewhere
- Following up to calls to provide further information
- Doing an on-site evaluation of the needs with the intent of closing the sale as appropriate
- Maintaining the client data base for potential clients and new clients to ensure efficient and effective operation of both sales efforts and provision of on-going services
- Coordinating occasional educational events and workshops both on and offsite
You become the conduit for Eldercare Services to bring our exceptional services to those who need us for anything from a consultation to 24/7 care.

Education and Qualifications:
- A four year degree in a human services discipline is required
- Previous experience in a home care or health services environment in an intake /sales role is preferred
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power-Point), and some end-user experience working with scheduling databases
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
