Aging comes with lots of changes and fears about what lies ahead. This workshop creates awareness of important “sensitive” topics that will help alleviate fears of the unknown. This will also help start difficult conversations between you and your family to proactively prepare for the journey ahead. Discussion topics include common health changes, social interaction, options and tools for independent living, when to stop driving, and when to sell the family home, common health issues, healthcare planning, financial decisions and more.
