The Recruiter will report to the Director of Human Resources and will work in cooperation with other Directors and Managers. This is a full-time position.
Education and Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in social science, business (HR/recruiting), or similar business degree.
2. 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting required.
3. Previous experience in a health care / home care environment is preferred.
Essential Skills/Specifications:
1. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
2. Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM Systems, etc.)
3. Excellent organizational skills. Must be detail oriented with good follow-through.
4. Must be able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
