DESCRIPTION:We are only days away from the Alzheimer’s Walk in Walnut Creek\, CA\, at Heather Farms Park\, October 17. What better way to get some exercise on a nice fall morning than by spending it with friends and family\, and by raising money and awareness for Alzheimer’s research? \nThe Alzheimer’s Association will be holding annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s in places all over the state. Check out their website to see where the walk is nearest to you. Join thousands of participants on the lovely three mile walk\, designed for people of all ability levels. \nThe mission of the Alzheimer’s Association is to put an end to this devastating disease. The walks fund research towards finding a cure\, and everyone can all help by donating or fundraising! The walk in Walnut Creek\, CA is on October 17. See the website for details on how you can raise money or donate. You can start a team\, or join someone else’s team! This walk not only raises money for the advancement of research\, but it brings together our community and creates a system of support.
