On-Call Care Coordinator


Care Supervisor
The Care Supervisor manages and provides support for a caseload of clients receiving caregiving services. S/he also supervises a team of caregivers to ensure high quality service delivery, and advocates for caregiver skill development. S/he will make site visits on a rotation with other Care Supervisors to monitor quality of caregiving service. This is an hourly, full-time, non-exempt position and reports to the Staffing Manager. This position works in cooperation with managers and directors.

Client Relations Assistant
This position will support the Clinical and Marketing teams providing administrative support and will learn the Client Intake process backing up the primary intake person who screens our potential Clients to ensure they are a match for our services. Previous administrative support experience is necessary as is some hands-on clinical Client experience either in an intake, or direct-service position. 4 year degree in Social Work, nursing, Psychology, or Human Services required.
